Youth and employment are one of the main concerns in the Northwest region. The youth are severely affected by the economic recession and often have difficulty finding employment in their field. It is essential to help the graduates of various programs and to rapididly facilitate the matching with employers in the regional labor market.

Therefore, Accès emploi/Youth Job Access was created to meet the needs of this clientele destitute of resources to find employment. Accès emploi/Youth Job Access is the result of a collaborative partnership of Édupôle, including, the ‘Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick campus d’Edmundston’, ‘Université de Moncton campus d’Edmundston’ and the Polyvalente Cité des Jeunes A.-M.-Sormany.

Since 2014, Accès emploi/Youth Job Access also offers workshops and services in all the secondary schools in the ‘District scolaire francophone du Nord-Ouest’.
